      取卵前的準備:

      療程的前一個月開始每天吃肌醇、葉酸 (計畫懷孕前3個月就要開始吃),和Q 10。 療程期間,加上每天一罐雞精(白蘭氏原味)。 因為過敏體質,另外每天吃益生菌。 每天做瑜伽運動一小時(特別是貓式),散步半小時。

      植入後:
      1.植入後沒有整天躺著(繼續上班)。
      2. 每天兩罐雞精、B群 、葉酸、益生菌。
      3. (冬天) 肚子用圍巾蓋著,隔著圍巾放一包暖暖包(睡覺時也是)。
      4.每天泡腳,不太燙的熱水,促進血液循環,整天都穿襪子。
      5. 每天保持心情愉快,常看好笑的節目和電影。

      早上只要15分鐘就可以準備好早餐跟午餐便當
      料理內容: 奶茶、煎蛋吐司、青醬pasta

      鍋中煮水準備煮pasta 將早餐與中餐的食材、佐料、與鍋具器皿拿出來準備好。 另一鍋 (或水壺)煮熱水泡茶+熱牛奶,此時步驟1的水已煮開,加入些許鹽與pasta煮10-12分鐘。 等待同時開始切菜、切肉、蒜片、將蛋打至碗裡,加入鹽、白胡椒等佐料。 鍋中熱油 (或奶油),放入早餐想要加的蔬菜或肉類 (如: 青蔥、洋蔥、甜椒、火腿絲等) ,翻炒數下後將已打散的蛋倒入鍋中,約2分鐘後翻面將吐司放置上方,過一會再翻面煎另一面吐司即可 (也可以用烤麵包機將吐司烤熱,然後將煎好的蛋夾入即可) 。麵包中間可以加上番茄醬或起司就可以吃了。 步驟3的pasta已煮好,將水瀝乾,pasta沖冷水。用另一炒鍋熱橄欖油,加入蒜片,等一會蒜味煎出來,加入青醬、煮好的pasta、鹽、黑胡椒,翻炒數下就煮好了。加入青醬前,若有波菜可以加入炒更好吃。

      根據國民健康署之前人工生殖的統計資料,大多數接受治療之婦女其年齡介於32歲~39歲之間,高峰年齡為35歲,顯示所有接受人工生殖治療週期中,以35歲的婦女最多。
      35歲以下接受人工生殖治療活產率39.2%,37歲以上活產率22.4%,40歲以上活產率僅8.4%。
      若年齡小於38歲,其自然流產率都在20%以內,然而,40歲以後,流產率隨年齡增加而增加,年齡大於40歲的平均自然流產率為32.4%。寶寶出現染色體異常的機會與年齡有密切相關。

      印度煮飯的秘密
      印度人煮飯時通常會加入兩種東西: 月桂葉 (bay leaves)和丁香 (clove) ,米洗好後加入各1~2片/個一同煮,煮出來的飯增添了許多香味。

      另外蒸煮豆類時 (像是鷹嘴豆、花豆、黑眼豆),也會加入這兩樣東西、和2小片咖哩葉 (curry leaves) ,這樣煮出來的豆子就會有辛香料的味道,直接拌成沙拉就可以吃 (生菜+鹽+黑胡椒+檸檬+幾滴橄欖油)、或是煮成印度咖哩都很棒。
