• I have been lazy for a while and was wondering how to add running to my daily routine.
I came across a very nice article about habit forming which says, "If you make an action 21 days consistently without a break, it automatically becomes part of your daily habit." I applied that habit-forming principle to learning German on the DuoLingo App, and I have 67 days streaks without any break.

So now I am trying to apply the same principle to my daily running habit. If I am able to run even for ~10-15 minutes every day, I believe I would be able to get into the habit of running regularly. The article on habit forming also claims that there is no excuse for the fact that you cannot find time for yourself for even for ~10-15 minutes.
Today was my first day and I managed to run 9 KM despite rain outside. I hope to run at least ~10-15 minutes every day and hope to have a continuous streak of 21 days to start with.
Running every day is a bit ambitious goal, but I will like to give it a try to be as regular as possible.
    Here is my today's run

  • Keep it up!
This motivates me so I'm now planning to do the same. My goal is to do cycling at least 15 minutes every day and continue for 21+ days. 🙂

  • Awesome !! Let's do it together and motivate each other.
